Like my daddy always said if you want the best you're going to have to dig down in your pocketbook! Butt, this is well worth it! Just to get that authenticity and the real Gibson cream color! Love it! Matches every Gibson cream color pickguard I've got. Bottom line spend the extra money oh you will end up getting what I got before which looks nothing like Gibson cream. In the picture it looks darker than what it really is. And other words very happy with this purchase! Even though it's just a pickguard. If you've got a high-end Gibson be sure you save your Packaging! The one sitting beside it is a kaish made in China and you can definitely see the color difference. Thank you Gibson! Also does not fit Epiphone! Or Chinese fake Gibson's! This is only for Gibson Les Paul's!! So don't give it a bad review simply because you're too dumb to read! Genuine OEM Gibson Les Paul pickguard! So if you don't have a Gibson Les Paul with paf other words standard size pickups this will not work for you if you have a Gibson Les Paul with standard size pickups this is for you so don't give it a bad rating because you're too lazy to read!

I was a bit concerned by other other comments about its color not matching the specify tone of “cream”. Lucky me, that’s not my case. If fits properly and its color matches perfectly all my Gibson creamed accessories. I totally recommend this product

This Gibson Les Paul pickguard does not fit my 1995 Gibson Les Paul Standard. The problem is with the pre drilled hole nearest the neck. It's off by millimeter or two and won't allow screw to go straight in to body of guitar.

Prodotto originale gibson venduto nel suo blister sigillato. Il venditore (di Dresda) mi ha addirittura messo nell’imballo laBrochure dei concerti imminenti delMusik festibal con annessi due buoni pasto per la cena pre concerto! Meraviglioso!!!!!

Its an original Gibson pickguard so there isn't much to describe. Its plastic and it comes packaged with the Gibson label on it. There is nothing else that would indicate its a Gibson product other than the packaging. Basically, you buy this because you want your Gibson to retain its value by having "original" parts.Having never liked the look of a pickguard on the body of my Les Paul over the decade I owned it (and through three moves) I lost the original. The only reason I purchased this was when it came to selling my LP I threw this in so the buyer would have a "completed" guitar. The Big drawback is that it doesn't come with the bracket so you'll have to buy that separately meaning you are shelling out close to $30 on what is to some an unnecessary accessory.

I had to sand down one of the pickup cutouts to make it fit. This left me with a sizable gap on one side, but it was the only way to make it work.
