Perfect, sturdy, clear instructions on bending the rod if necessary. Made the toilet feel like a high quality replacement. If you have a problem installing these it is 100% a skill issue.

Changed my all of my bathroom fixtures out to black and the chrome handle looked off on the toilets (have 3 bathrooms). This has the look and color I was going for and it completely changed the look for the better.Metal construction, fits perfect and it's so far very Durable. My grandbabies are always here lol and they are holding up perfectly. Very happy with this purchase.

I was surprised by the quality of these handles. We built an addition on to our home and spent quite a bit of money on a toilet that came with a Janky handle. This by far was superior for pennies highly recommend I’m buying more for the rest of my house.

This masterfully crafted lever, of solid metal components and boasting a mirror chrome finish, matches the chrome fixtures in my bathroom like it was meant to be. The lever is solid and is cool to the touch, the mechanism gives a subtle "click" when the brass bar, actuated by the lovely chrome handle, draws the chain tight, becomimg a virtual extension of the body, down to the rubber flapper. The mechanicalness of the mechanism inspires confidence and a tinge of nostalgia from washrooms of yesteryear. The utilization of my lever now inspires a renewed sense of dignity and confidence. There is a feeling of certainty that a second tilt of the lever will never again be required. My nose lifts a little and my brow furrows slightly, like Johnny English after tackling the assassin disguised as the cleaning lady (but before the part where someone tells him who he had really tackled).

Based on my toilets this was the correct fixture arm style but it didn't fit right. I was able to bend the arm and it works great. I would like to see an additional gasket for the outside of the toilet because there is a noticeable gap and it doesn't feel like a clean fit. Every works, the finish is just what I wanted, and the price was right. So I'm happy with it.
