This float I received on July 14 has proven to be unsatisfactory. As of today, August 24, it has become apparent that this product is not fit for purpose. Despite my golden retriever weighing only 50 pounds, the float has failed to withstand regular use and is now beyond the 30-day return period. Consequently, I am unable to obtain a refund or replacement. To avoid similar disappointment, I strongly advise against purchasing this product.

This is what the jooloog doggie dock looks like after 3 afternoons of use. I have a 65 lb dog and it was used per guidelines. Not misused in any way. Don’t buy this if it comes back in stock it’s a waste of money.

This would be a great product, it was exactly what I was looking for. However, on the second time usage the mesh part completely ripped out on one side. My dog is 80 pounds and learned very quickly how to get in and out. I hope it was a rare occurrence, so I requested a replacement. I really hope it works. I will update after that. If it doesn’t rip this would be a five star for me.

I recently tried out this inflatable dog float ramp, and it has been a fantastic addition to our outings at the lake. This ramp provides additional safety for my dog, ensuring he can easily get in and out of the water. It's also versatile enough to be used as a pool float, adding to its utility. It has a flat and sturdy surface once inflated, and so far it appears to be durable. The built-in anti-slip pads provide excellent traction, which is a thoughtful touch. However, be careful not to open the box with a knife as the carrying case had no protection and was right at the top of the box. Other than that, it's been great!. Both me and my dog recommend!

Just want to put my experience out there for anyone else who is looking into this dog ramp, the inflatable part of it is made well but the netting ripped on the first use, had I not been in the lake with my dog this could've ended very badly he was caught up in the netting and couldn't get out of the water I had to untangle him and push him up thank God both of us had life vests on. I have a 80lb chocolate lab with very short nails.
