I use the duck with a lifeline/tree belt. For climbing trees. This is great for quick adjustments and does a great job of securing me to the tree for hands free work. I have been very happy with my Kong Duck

I purchased this ascender like many others to use saddle hunting with 8mm ropes for my tether and lineman's rope. They work excellent for this use. I love the looks and ease of use for this product, but the hardest thing for me to understand is the price point. To have one for the tether and lineman's rope is going to run you around $120. I know my life is dependent on this, but dang can't we get these more around $30 each instead of $60. I know it's imported from Italy and top quality, but I just think it's a little overpriced. Overall get the ascender and enjoy the outdoors no matter what you're into.

Great tool. It’s 100% needed if you are a hunter who climbs trees or for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. The amount of uses for this thing is kinda crazy. It works amazingly well with Sterling Oplux 8mm rope.

ich Verwende den Duck als Halteseil kürzer bei der Positionierung im Baum, als Werkzeug Eimer hallter um den Eimer bequem an einem seil hoch zu schieben oder als zusätzliches Aufstiegssysteme. Es gibt sicher bessere wie den Petzel GRILLON oder den TAZ LOV aber die Kosten aber ein vielfaches. für mich mach der Duck einen super Job.Das wichtigste ist sich mit dem Kong Duck vertraut zu Machen und ihr finde viele Möglichkeiten ihn zu nutzen.
