I reviewed a lot of quick lock devices before I selected this one. Now that I have one in my hands, I can see that it is sturdy, well made, and well designed. I have only land-tested it at this stage, but that was comprehensive and compares favourably with being up high. I'm very happy with this product.

Other devices from this company have been of good quality I do not know about this device because the delivery service said they were having trouble delivering. I have several items coming with no problem and faster than expected. If and when I receive it then I will rewrite my review.Talked to Amazon and they fixed the delivery problem. The rope grab is very well made and is easy to hold on to and engage on my 12mm static rope and hold very tight.

Slightly bulky. Other than that, it is a great product and works like charm. I use it on 1/2” static kernmantle. Easy to deploy and remove.

Solid, sturdy climbing tool, easy to teach the kids and grown-ups how to climb safely. Works easily by just taking up slack as you go, will support adult weight easily as a safety belay.
