Ordered the unit came quick and got it installed and it had a bad King Valve, a nee condenser was sent out, got it installed and it would leak water they said it was going into defrost mode but it wasn’t freezing up or anything! I really hoped they would replace it a 3rd time but instead they refunded me so now i’m stuck with a unit that doesn’t work. And there are no other 2 ton units in this price range, i wish they would have just replaced the whole system the inside and outside unit and start fresh instead of only replacing half of it!!

Works great, but there’s a problem … be aware that a professional must come out and get it running for you. It was a shock to find out that it cost us more to do that than the mini split itself! Like almost twice the price.I will say though that it probably saved us from spending 3k instead of around $1200.00. And these guys are amazing at their customer service!

I purchased 2 of these for our shop that is 40' X 64'. They arrived quickly and the boxes were in good condition! Before purchasing, my hesitation was that they require 230V. Living in the US we are at 240V but they have not had any issues and we have been using them for 4 months. They do a pretty good job of warming the place up even when it is 12 degrees outside. Our shop is insulated so it stays around 50 degrees most days but when I want to work our there I use these to bring it up to about 65. Pretty simple to install if you are handy and have a vacuum pump. I do wish the display was able to switch to Fahrenheit. If I were to buy another one I would get one with the wifi capability so that I could start it from inside the house.

It's currently 1 degree outside. My 1800sq ft 100 year old home is 70 degrees inside.Usually I use a pellet stove to heat my house but since I've installed this minisplit I've hardly used it.This unit is managing to create plenty of heat even when it's only 1° outside. Not to mention it's heating a large area that is poorly insulated and has very old doors and windows.Absolutely love this unit and will be buying another one for the second floor. Don't really need it as it's warm enough up there but for the price it'll be nice to have. Not to mention in the summer time it'll be great.I really can't stress enough how happy I am with this purchase.I did have a bad indoor unit originally but the seller shipped out a new one overnight and that unit is working perfectly. Customer service was great.

This mini split is really hard to review as the description was kind of ambiguous when I was deciding on purchasing it and I kind of regret it now that I actually read the manual and it really doesn't line up with the description. It possibly has its place depending on where you want to install it and your expectations. The first thing I will say is that customer support was responsive when I contacted them with questions and verification on the specs, so I do give them 4 stars for that. As for the mini split itself, I have a few issues with the description and functions and actual specs given in the manual. 1) First thing as others have stated is that the unit I received came with a remote that was in Celsius vs Fahrenheit which is strange due to this being sold in the U.S. with Fahrenheit as standard. Cust support is shipping a new remote which should be able to do both. Why not ship it with a remote capable of that in the first place?2) Finding the correct app (AC Freedom) via the instruction manual is ridiculous as there are apparently multiple remotes that can be compatible with the unit and the manual has a ton of QR codes to scan along with the QR code to find the app. I'm tech savvy and I gave up for a day. But when you finally figure it out, the app does give you the option of Fahrenheit.3) The description states 4 way swing (up/down and left/right), which is technically correct but it doesn't mention that the left right swing is manually adjusted and even that, in my case, the slots to manually adjust the left/right swing don't hold the vanes in place and they slip back to the forward position. Both the remote and app show the option of left/right swing but it does not do it automatically as other units do and that was verified with customer support. The up/down swing does work via remote and app.4) The description states that the unit will provide heat down to 5 degrees Fahrenheit but the manual states 19 degrees Fahrenheit. Cust support stated the unit will work down to 5 degrees Fahrenheit as stated in the description, which I will update in the future once winter hits. But again, the manual states differently than the specs listed on the description. (It's possible the unit is 100% efficient down to 19 degrees Fahrenheit and 5 degrees Fahrenheit is the lowest it will produce heat). The above are my main issues with the description of the mini split and the actual information in the user manual, which is a really generic manual designed to cover multiple units and not a specific model. As for both the air handler and compressor themselves, I can see where they were able to offer a lower price point vs. other units just in the build quality and lack of left/right swing, lack of line set cover on the compressor and just overall quality of other units. This is literally a case of you get what you pay for.As for the install, if you have done these before correctly and are familiar with the process, it went in fine and is working well providing both cooling and heat thus far although it's only been two weeks, but I don't expect any issues unless something mechanical fails.I had a 9k btu unit in my Wishlist and saw a lightning deal for a 12k unit for $399 and decided to purchase it and for the price, I suppose it is a fair price but I also take into consideration availability of parts availability in the future. The pro's are the price If you can competently install it yourself correctly and understand the conflicting information of the stated specs vs. what is in the manual, which I think the manufacturer/seller should probably update, otherwise you will spend more in professional installation costs than the unit itself is worth.I will give customer support 5 stars for prompt responses for clarification on my questions though.Like I said, this is really a hard unit to review just due to the ambiguity of the specs/description of the unit itself although it is working thus far. The remote is generic and the app is lackluster and does not offer the options of more established companies/units.Again,going back to the "You get what you npay for".If your looking for something to just be a basic mini split with no frills and an unknown brand that may or may not offer support/parts in the future, maybe this may work for you. If you're looking for something to be able to maintain for years, spend a bit more for a well known brand.Again, this is a budget mini split and I will update in the future either positive or negative.3 to 3.5 stars for the mini split itself and 4.5 - 5 stars for customer support. 1 star for the manual.

This is my fourth mini split that I have installed. I needed to call technical support and they were very helpful and informative. The problem was in my circuit breaker panel and not in their unit. After technical support helped me and I had the unit up and running it worked very well and cooled down the area quickly. Since this was my fourth unit to install I was pleased with the length of the refrigerant lines and the quality of the unit itself. I would definitely buy this unit again.
