My son is very thrilled with the difference it made on his old symbols. Now they match his new ones.

GENERAL CLEANING:You are going to need at least a towel per cymbal!! Depending on the size. Unless you regularly polish them. So, I started on my 12" Sabian crash. I added drops onto the cymbal and proceeded to wipe in a circular motion. I can FEEL the grime coming from the Cymbal. As I proceeded, I felt less resistance. That means it was removing the oxidation (I assume the black stuff that collects as you clean is oxidation). In any case, it was coming off. Then came the buffing using a clean towel, that proceeded to turn black as I buffed. So, after doing the top and bottom of the cymbal, it looked acceptable. The shine came through.LOGOs: I did work around the logos but tried directly over the logo. I didn't do any hard scrubbing over the logos, but it did seem to clean it without taking off the logo. So, you can use it there, just down scrub hard.STICK MARKS: Didn't quite clean the stick marks. Noticeably on the Hi Hats. I would've given it 5 stars if the stick marks came off. But, unfortunately, they didn't. And I made several passes.OVERALL: My fingers were black and grimy. I had to wash them between cleanings. I cut up a towel into 5in x 5in squares. Because using one big towel would just get messy. This allowed me to control the mess. You can wash the towels, but it was just easier to toss them. Let's see how, over time, if the finish will protect the cymbal from oxidizing again. At the time of this writing I did, 3 of the 8 cymbals I have. Phew!! It's a workout.

I have several sets of cymbals, one of which is a set of Paiste Alpha Brilliant cymbals. I had been using the Paiste cleaner and protectant, but I understand they are no longer available. I took a chance and ordered a bottle of this cleaner/protectant and despite having a warning about eliminating the printed on logos, if you take it easy and clean carefully on the ink, it survives the process just fine. This cleaner/protectant restores the shine so well, these cymbals look wet!

It did a decent job, didn't get the stains out I hoped it would. Very easy to use.

I’m a freak about my cymbals. My touring sets are outfitted with Acustoms and Zcustoms and I always want them to shine in the stage lights. This stuff keeps them in that condition. Freaking pristine. However the real story is the cymbal in the pictures. The pictured cymbal is a very old cymbal. Was one of my first touring cymbals when I first got started so it’s nostalgic for me. I wanted to clean it up and as you can see from the half clean picture, it restores the crap out of cymbals lol. But beware!!! IT WILL REMOVE LOGOS. The bottle says if you care about them then clean around them. And you better live by that lol.

Bought the item for granddaughters drum set. Easy to use and apply. I have been using MusicNomad products for years for my guitars and highly recommend. Not only do they clean and provide a nice luster, it also has a nice luster. Great Buy and highly recommend both the product and seller.

A little bit of working is required to get rid of the oxidation of the cymbals. My cymbals were in terrible condition. They got restored to about 95% of the original condition. Deep marks cannot be removed as they are permanent damage. The markings get removed too :-(Results are good

This cymbal cleaner is just okay. It’s rather hard to use. Added a few drops around the cymbals and used 3-4 different rags to scrub it off. It worked okay in my brilliant cymbals (a custom) but was terrible on traditional or less brilliant cymbals (Istanbul XIST). I noticed this is more of a polish and less of a cleaner. It didn’t reply clean my cymbals and could still see finger prints, etc. But did shine up my a custom. I ended needing to deep clean my traditional cymbals a few times with dish soap and a scrubber after trying to use this stuff. I prefer Zims or Groove Juice since it acts more like a cleaner and gets the dirt and finger prints off. This stuff is just hard to use and doesn’t clean well. Will not buy again or recommend.Note: it completely ruined all of my towels and rags with black grime and was really hars to clean off of my hands as well.
