I had purchased this type of toy from another vendor in a pack of 4 and they were much more forceful/powerful when launched. The plastic was harder. We had worn out the others (obviously not an expensive toy, so no big deal) My grandsons were disappointed that these do not fly as fast/high/far as the others. I would say, however, if you you don’t care about the speed or height of flight or if you have very small children or a lot of fragile decor, these are an ok purchase.

My students last year and my students this year absolutely loved these flyers. I do too. They are fun. I recommend using them in an inside large room. They fly so well that, if you use them outside, you may never see them again. We've flown them a lot inside my classroom and haven't damaged anything in the room. They are made from very light-weight plastic so it doesn't take long before the flying part breaks, but a lot of fun has had before that.

Don’t think about it, just buy them. These are LOADS of fun for the money. My kids have a blast playing with these. ADULTS have a blast playing with these. You can thread on about 5 or 6 of em too which is real fun. They go probably 20-30 feet in the air on a good pull

The plastic propeller is very thin and breaks easily. I will definitely look for thicker material next time

Bought these to stuff the party favor bags for my 8yr old's birthday party which will be at a park. I was worried that the kids would find it boring since they are getting older and normally love digital toys but this was a pure, simple delight. Both my 8yr old and 10 yr old have played with them in the house, multiple times since we opened the box. The 10yr old took it outside the next day to see how much air he could get. The party has not happened yet, so I am not sure how durable they will be. But now I am confident that it will be one of the popular things in the party favor bags. So far, great value for the price and easy to use.

I am an elementary school teacher. I let kids buy prizes with school currency that they have earned. I have gone through a number of different kinds of party toys. Some are winners. Some are duds. This one is a winner at about 40 cents a unit. My second graders (@7yrs.) can easily manipulate them with a minimum of instruction. Kids can break them easily if they use their full force and push on the helicopter spinner. But it really does not take much force to get them flying good. And if you explain and demonstrate that kids will have many enjoyable flights justifying 40 cents. They are even more fun with a group and flying everywhere. They fly well indoors and outdoors. They are a hit in my class and a bargain. The more expensive pull string copters are also popular. They cost about $1 or more. They don’t really fly any better. The copter spinners are a little more sturdy. But I think the launcher is more prone to break than this low tech device. Since it is really only a toy of the moment, I would go with this cheaper version. The fun is the same.

Hands down the most well-behaved flying toy ever. The flying part is so lightweight that I allow these toys anywhere in the house. Doesn't upset the dog and our ceiling fans don't even notice if they tap one. It could maybe knock a lightweight item off a shelf, but my knickknacks and photo frames have deflected this toy repeatedly. Literally less risk of damage than a paper airplane, and way more fun. It's cheap plastic, but after a month of play we've only had to toss out a couple cracked pieces. For what they cost, our neighborhood kids have literally played for hours. Excellent value for party favors and giveaways.

Fun and easy to use toy. They are cheaply made, but work well. Good for age 4+. Good for price. Sticks are sometimes bent and it's hard to tell which side of helicopter is "up" side for kids to get it right. Otherwise, good toys.
