Let me mount my external CarPlay screen in a better location than the included mounts. The “ball” was compatible in size and was an easy swap.

The product is very sturdy once you get it in. At first, it doesn't look as thought you can install the holder without jamming and destroying your CD player (not like you use it) but it went it without issue and only made more sturdy. It doesn't come with bracket set needed to install your device so make sure you bundle that one the page as well.

The mount is very sturdy and doesn’t shake at all in my truck. My semi is very bouncy and this thing stays put. The cord holders are a great idea and work well. It’s easy to install and stays in the slot. Not bad for the price.

For less than $10 you can't go wrong. No instructions on how to insert but once in it fits great and holds. I am using it in conjunction with https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CQ81PPC2?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details in and of itself is amazing.
