I got the two ton 24,000 BTU when delivered from FedEx the outside unit had several dents in it but does not affect performance overall this is a good product I ordered one with Wi-Fi but I can't seem to find Wi-Fi on this one. It's 21 outside and it's still heating with no issues.

This is amazing for the price. It’s my only source of heat and she sure kicks it out. Our light bill is so cheap

I installed it in my outdoor studio for heating and cooling. Not only does it do both very well, but it does it very quietly. The sound of the indoor unit is somewhere between a whoosh and a whisper, but what's really shocking is how quiet the outdoor compressor is. I was worried about disturbing my neighbor, but he couldn't hear me in the backyard. None of the loud compressor noise we associate with air conditioning. The variable speed system has a perfect hysteresis curve built in, so it can rise and fall slowly for maximum comfort. Installation is also very easy as it is pre-filled. We just need to connect everything. I would be happy to recommend this brand and unit to anyone who is interested.

So far so good. Used it for 1 month already, only on the "cool" setting. The heat pump seems to be working but it hasn't faced cold QC temperatures yet.- It wasn't clear it required a vacuum pump to clear the lines before releasing the fluid. It wasn't clear that the lines were not "quick connect" either on my model (110v 12000 btu). My understanding is that more powerful models come with preloaded quick-connect lines...- Instructions are a bit lacking sometimes (Electric wiring) but overall it wasn't too challenging.

Keeps freezing over had to get the gas checked it was ok but just a cheap unit soon as it gets cold out the unit ices up

As my first ever DIY mini-split install, I bought this heating/cooling mini-split with very reasonable expectations, based on the lowest cost for a 9,000BTU unit. Installation was straightforward - there are quite a few very good tutorials on YouTube, and the refrigerant lines did need to be vacuumed. I borrowed a vacuum pump kit from a friend and did the vacuuming myself. Flipped the breaker to the “on” position, hit “power” on the remote, and everything works like a charm. Even in 20 degree Michigan weather, this mini-split is performing well.

I installed it and it was working as it should until the temperature got down to 25' degrees f then it would not keep the room warm and it was set to 69'f the The description stated it would work in a 490sf room I only have a 240sf room I am very disappointed and I'm considering returning it or the company could find a service company to look at it.

This was a great AC /Heat mini split unit. It delivered on time and was packed very well. It was very easy to install and is working very good. I am also surprised it has self cleaning function. I am very satisfied with it.
