Drilled a couple holes with this tool, was using a new bit drilling into aluminum. The bit would catch on the aluminum on the fourth or fifth time it just stripped the inner gears out so it wouldn't work after that! Not well-made components inside. Suspect plastic or nylon gears!

This drill attachment is about as small as it can be and still stand up to normal use. I cut a bit down so it barely sticks out of the chuck, and was able to do what needed to be done without disassembling the entire piece. The gears seems sturdy and strong and turn very smoothly. I recommend it.

Definitely looks like Irwin brand, far from it first screw I drove the sorry thing broke and wouldn’t turn the screw. I repeat first damn screw!!! Spend the 29-40$ on a name brand 90° driver!

Right angle drill attachment stopped working properly after only being used twice. The drill attachment side spins..The 1/4 drive side does nothing..Not recommended. Thank you..

It is probably fine for light duty but it the screws require heavier torque the gears internally will strip out

Very easy to use, comfortable and easy to keep a solid pressure on the end to help keep from slipping. This makes this much more useful in many situations than the flexible add-ons that I've tried as well.It seems to be built tough except that the bearings aren't sealed so I'd be sure to keep this clean or clean it after each use, if it gets dirty at all. If you look up closely around the angled end you can see the little bearing balls so you should be able to grease this as well if needed.Rotation seems to be true 1:1 which is also nice to know. The grip itself is JUST smaller than a full palm grab but really it still keeps my hand in safe working area.Speaking of, all moving parts are self-contained, outside of the obvious connectors themselves. So far, something I'd recommend. I don't think that anything you'll be able to use an angle adapter on to begin with will strip this out for a very long time, if at all.
