My neurologist recommended I buy one because the disc's in my neck are deteriorating severely which causes my migraines. I can't lay on my back due to the neck pain. Very easy to use and inflates/deflates very well. Relieved some pressure in my C/S and allowed blood and nerve innervation down the arms. Great product for the price. Not as precise as a mechanical or pulley type system but good for home use when other options aren’t available.

I Have A Subluxation In My Neck And Have Lots Of Pain From Time To Time. This Device Works Very Well. You Should Follow The Instructions That Comes With It By Only Doing 5-10 Minutes The First Time, Then Gradually Go For Longer Periods So Your Body Can Get Used To The Adjustment. I Usually Do 15-20 Minutes And Seems To Work Well For Me. The Downside Is That After Apx. 10 Uses, It Sprung A Leak In The Inside Middle Part Of The Neck Area. It No Longer Holds Air And Can Hear The Hissing Sound Where The Air Is Escaping From The Hole. Tried To Contact Customer Service But Had No Luck Thus Far.

I bought this not having much faith but still wanting to give it a try. This thing works and it's strong so you have to really be careful as to how much air you fill in the pillows or it may be too much. the velcro closures are definitely a poor design and they are a bit inconfortable as they can scratch around the throat, so that should be redesigned and imrpoved. But overall it's helped me stretch my neck and decrease pain from herniated disks.
