Easy to use, very relaxed neck. The temperature is just right, comfortable. I think it relaxes my cervical spine. Can be used for a long time. Recommend!

Plastic junk. Uncomfortable and I returned it. At $1 it would be a waste of money

It is extra firm and supportive. It relieves my neck pain. The shape and the points support and massage my neck. The red light heats very quickly. My neck feels very comfortable and relaxed after a few minutes on it

Well made and easy to use. I like that it is cordless. Heats up fast and provides great relief.

This is not a pillow of any sort... it is made of blue molded, HARD PLASTIC. It will not stretch your neck or massage you either unless you think laying on a hard piece of plastic at a 3 or 4 inch angle involves "stretching." LOL The Amazon "product description" is very misleading saying that it is a pillow. The 8 red lights are powerful it seems and they do produce heat that seems to be different than that of a heating pad. However, you have to charge this using USB (There is no AC power cord) and I don't know how long the charge will last. So far, I have only used it once. You are only supposed to use this for 10 or 15 minutes and the instructions also say NOT to sleep on it. I don't think I COULD sleep on this hard thing anyway. I almost gave this thing THREE stars, because of its misleading, even fraudulent product description in the ad. However, I wanted to be fair and say that if your neck really hurts, particularly over time, this might give you SOME relief. At about $40, it is too expensive for what it does, if you ask me. PLUS, I have no idea how long it will last. The power button is on the side and the unit seems to have like 4 intensity settings. The eight nubs on the front of the unit are NOT buttons... they are the red lights. The red lights are very bright and I would definitely say, DON'T look directly into them. The wavelength and intensity of those lights might damage your eyes. I don't know. Best wishes, God bless you and I am not one of their competitors. I am telling you the truth about my experience. After a car accident I have pain in my neck every day of my life. You can't imagine how many things I've tried to relieve the pain in my neck. I bought the Neck Relaxer without many expectations but I really like it. It makes my neck straight and supported at the same time. I've read about the benefits of red light so it works really well for me and feeling the heat on my neck is really relaxing. I prepare the area where I use it with essential oil aromas and low light and silence. I even feel my mood improve after using it. It's not easy to live with pain 24/7. My husband also started using it and he has really liked it.

Very useful to relieve neck pain. It lightly heats up which helps to relax. My whole family takes turns using it. Holds charge for a long time. I recommend this

As a powerlifter, I put my body through a lot. Heavy squats, deadlifts, and long training sessions take a toll—not just on my lower back, but on my neck and shoulders too. I’ve dealt with back issues for a while, and finding ways to recover properly is just as important as lifting. That’s why I decided to give this neck relaxer a shot, and I’m so glad I did. What I love most is that it requires zero effort. I just lie down, let it do its thing, and I can actually feel my spine decompressing. It’s become part of my recovery routine, and honestly, I wish I had gotten one sooner. If you lift heavy or struggle with back and neck tension, this is a must-have!
