The product itself is as advertised, but there are identical products on Amazon for significantly cheaper (at least as of this writing).I purchased this unit as well as another, lower cost brand. Both seemed identical to me. In the photos, the Senville is on the left. Also, I received a unit that had obviously been returned. The packaging was not the original packaging and everything was flying around loosey goosey in a gigantic box. Also, probably for the same reason, no instructions were included. However, I took pictures of instructions from the other unit I bought, in case you don't get instructions either. The unit seems sturdy but I ended up returning it because if I received two identical products, I'm returning the more expensive one. 😁

Easy to assemble. No missing parts. Slight surface imperfection that will not affect its durability. Reasonably sturdy and definitely good value for price point. Easily works with my Mr. Cool 12K mini-split.

Perfect stand for my Senville LETO Series Mini Split Air Conditioner Heat Pump, 12000 BTU 110/120V. Some reviews stated no instructions provided, but I received mine with an illustration guide (a sheet of paper actually) of how parts connect. Not really a step-by-step instructions, but clearly shows how to assemble.Diameter of feet is about 3 5/8". In case you are wondering about the bolts on the feet, they are pre-installed. Do not appear to be welded, but rather glued or kept in place by coating. I plan on removing bolts to replace with pass through bolts to secure to foundation.Recommend visiting Senville site for system compatibility of GS-380 stand. Site lists 9-12,000 & 18,000 BTU. Anything larger than those Senville mini split systems, or ones from other vendors should be researched before buying.

This is a sturdy stand that is a decent price, but the workmanship in the manufacturing is poor and the instructions are poor. Still, I would probably buy it again. The stand arrived with 3 of the 4 corner welds - which were really just tacks, broken. The stand was also significantly out of square. I had the stand for quite some time before I opened the box so could not return it. I had a local welder square it up and replace the broken welds and add welds on the top of the corners ($60). The instructions do not show which of the 4 different types of washers included go on which bolts. I called support which was helpful, though they said that it would likely take them a few years to correct the instructions.

Used this stand to mount a Senville 18000BTU unit. I drilled holes in the circular feet of the stand and bolted the stand to patio pavers using concrete anchors. Instructions suggested omitting the circular feet and anchoring through stand legs where they would attach to the feet, but this would have made tightening the anchors very awkward and also done a poor job of distributing the weight of the heavy unit. Instructions also incorrectly instructed the assembly of the mounting slats to both face the left, rather than being opposed. If assembled as instructed, the mounting holes would not have lined up with the unit. Finally, neither my unit nor the stand came with mounting hardware so I had to source that myself. Be aware that there is not much room under the mounting points, so if your hardware is too long you will scratch the stand paint and get some rusting like I did.tl;dr = it does the job

took ages to get here.pieces missing from hardware.Frame so crooked the bolts didn't protrude enough to fasten the nuts on.Other legs completely angled all over because frame not folded square.Too narrow to take even a small AC unit,, Fujitsu. In short, bad junk.

Well made, nicely painted with thick enamel. Easy to adjust and cool to have the mini-split higher off the ground. I was able to connect everything while sitting in a chair. Previously I mounted the outdoor unit to the slab I poured but this is just better all the way around, and it's really great for what seemed like a reasonable price.

I'm very impressed with the fit and finish of this product. I searched far and wide for a stand for my central air compressor/condenser coil unit. The competition is expensive and of iffy quality. First, GS-380 the frame has quality welds, with welded mounting points for the legs. The legs are sufficiently stiff to hold the bulk of the unit. Each leg is adjustable for height, allowing level installation. The width of the mounting pads, bolted to the horizontal frame, are adjustable, to 24" width. Lastly, the price is hard to beat. To be clear, I joined two GS-380 units together, with angle iron, in order to support the full footprint of the central air unit. Oh, I forgot to mention that the coating/paint appears to be durable for outdoor. The stand(s) is mounted on a level concrete slab. The real delighter is that the stands were delivered as I was prepping the AC unit.

Package arrived with the corner torn off, but the stand was ok. No assembly instructions were included but it was easy to figure out. Seems study and strong. I stood on it and it will only be holding a mini split that is half my weight. It would be best to check the mounting tab holes on the mini split to make sure they will line up with the width of the top cross pieces on the stand. Mine will just make it. My mini split unit will be in a garden area on soil so I am cutting a pressure treated 2X4 and attaching it to the round feet front to back on each side and making the 2X4 wider than the legs. This should keep the round feet off the ground soil and add stability. The stand great for the price, has a decent paint job and looks like it will last.
