This thing is absolute garbage. Pick a different one. I bought this in a pinch for my coolant drum at my repair shop. Doesn’t pump or hold vacuum well at all. Gotta pump it a thousand times to get it going. Bought a different one and it works great.

Have used this type before but don't recall having to constantly keep pumping it to keep the water flowing.Was hoping it would only be needed to start the flow and then syphon the rest. Nope. Keep pumping. But it works.

I didn't think about the stopped drain on my trough before I put it under the broken downspout. I thought about it once the hundred gallons was in it. This was a back saver. I do not enjoy bailing cold water out with a bucket once the temps drop!

Excellent pump for emergency use in 55 gallon drums. Fits perfectly into the bunghole on the drum preventing contamination to enter. Uses proven system technology to syphon liquids from drum and is easy to control.Highly Recommended.

The travel distance of the pump is so short that it takes forever to pump out 10 gallons. I'll be looking for a unit with more travel and more pumping volume.

cheap and work well use it for washer fluid they just keep on going! Good value for the $$

This is not an industrial pump obviously but it looks good. Only use and time will tell how long it lasts.
