GenmitsuThe strict flatness testing ensures the consistent thickness of two pieces of MDF sheets in the same parcel. The flat and smooth surface can ensure the stability of the cutting material, easy to resurface.
The parcel comes with two pieces of MDF. The size of single piece is 600 x 220 x 15mm (23.62” x 8.66” x 0.59”).
Pre-installed threaded inserts for your clamps and fixtures. Easy to install the spoilboard with pre-drilled holes.

These boards arrived in great condition. They were well packaged with protectors on the corners. I would prefer the inserts to be 1/4" instead of 6mm as I usually use English fasteners to bolt down boards to my CNC router. I will need to keep a separate supply of 6mm bolts for these boards.One board did arrive with one insert missing. Not a big problem, but I expect all the inserts to be there. The top of the inserts are 0.04" below the board surface on one side and about 0.16" on the other side. The inserts can be screwed in and out with a hex driver. Should be able to resurface these boards several times before running out of material.
