I am in the Process of Restoring a 1965 Meyers Manx VW beetle. This Requires me to hand build my Wire Harness , due to some of the extras I have added to the build that were never "stock" in 1965. I took on the project because I found several wires that were burnt and in terrible shape. not knowing where all of the wires went to and unsure if things were correctly wired I made the decision to remove the old and go in with fresh and new. This requires a bit of wires and some heat shrink to make junctions and hold wires together to keep them from falling out of place or getting damaged because they are not neat or kept up out of the way. You will find several needs and uses of this length and width are only limited by your ability to think outside of the box I hope this helps you in making your decision easier!!!!!

Arrives on a cardboard spindle, so its easy to use and store. Shrinks smoothly and looks nice. and correct size as well.Will keep buying.

Used as sleeve over silicone-insulated wire pair to make small x-section lamp cord. Hardest part was feeding the inner wire through enough length of sleeve for success. Looks good and shrinks uniformly. Only needed 10 feet or so. What to do with last 90 feet?

I used this product to attach the hanging ends of zip ties for a dog fence on a gate. I didn’t want to leave the sharp cut offs to scratch him. I put two different ends together as well as looped around the wire and attached to the same zip. Worked well for this application, looks good and nicely finished and will find more uses. Not sure how it will winter in the north but will see.

This stuff works very well. My favorite part about it is that it comes on a single roll so that I can cut as large or small of a piece that I need. I don't have to worry about those little 2 inch strips that don't cover much of anything. When I use all of this up I will be buying more.
