Since this was a cheap, Chinese-made guitar neck I thought it would be really poorly packed and susceptible to breaking in shipping but it was actually wrapped really well. It came in two boxes, styrofoam, and some more wrapping foam. Everything was taped off and it arrived very secure. I haven't installed it yet but the only slight problem I've found is that it came a little but dirty but it looks like It'll be really easy to clean off with just some fretboard cleaner.

Look what I built...with help from my friends at Yinfente. I saved time on an old project body that wasn't routed for anything yet, so I remeasured it for 27" scale and went at it. The neck is exactly what it says: an unfinished neck. Mine needed some final heel adjustment (for a AANJ type pocket), finish fretwork (which most budget guitars need out of the box), and a finish applied. Great value, and quite a time saver for me. Maybe next time I'll special order fretmarkers and wait it out for the shipping time...

I ordered thinking I would be receiving a 27in neck suitable for building a baritone guitar....but unfortunately this is only a standard length guitar neck. 2 stars because it's still a decently built neck for the $ but misleading product page.

I got this neck for a baritone guitar build. It arrived flawless, with high quality craftsmanship - shape, fretwork and all the details. You can't beat it at this price. I'm very happy with my new built baritone. I shaped the headstock and did some necessary sanding before applying oil finish. Really straightforward process.
