The screws that came with this were too long for my application, which didn't bother me except the standard screws I bought local don't seat completely flush with the plate. It's okay on this guitar because the whole area is lower than the rest of the guitar body but if I had a flat back body like a typical Strat or Tele those screw heads would be a nuisance.

Holes are just slightly off from the oem one. Still nice product and well made. sending back and exchanging for different one
