I've never used an adhesive shrink tube before, the important part comes when it's time to remove the tube. Shrink is about 25% and seems to require more heat than I'm used to, be careful around heat sensitive components. Adhesive style larger tube was all I could find, my preference is without it since I often remove and re-apply shrink for modification purposes.

Based on price I didnt expect it to be as high quality, but it's very good. It's very thick and a lot of adhesive. Forms well when shrinking, for sure shrinks down to 3:1 ratio

Actual true sizing that is durable very easy to shrink and install. Durability was great as I could not get it off when I tried and had to cut wire. Great price for what you actually need and flexibility was fine and didn’t stiffen wire. Easy to store in tool box

It's heat shrink and it works. Not much else can be said.

Had no problems using this product. Easily shrinks using a heat gun, glue seems to hold up fine. Would recomend this product!

I added an extra battery to my suburban so that the electrical system could better handle the snow plow usage for the winter. I used this product to cover and seal all of my newly crimped, or soldered connections, The shrink wrap was large enough to slip over a battery cable end with a 1/0 cable, and also was able to shrink down and seal a 4/0 cable size as well.I needed to remove a couple of "mistakes". This stuff is almost impossible to remove once it is applied, and shrunk to fit. You certainly will not have to be concerned about it not being sealed.

This shrink tubing is great. Gentle heat with a heat gun shrinks the tubing around your wires and glues it as well, so it's water proof and will not come off. This 3/4" tubing fit over the 8/3 romex wiring I was running to my new range and it shrank down tightly and securely on the cable. I would not recommend using anything but a proper heat gun on it as it does require a good bit of heat to really shrink properly.

Adhesive lined. Shrinks uniformly and handles heat well without burning. Pictures show adhesive thickness and shrink ratio. Size in picture is 5/8".

Purchased this to seal the ends of battery cables for an automotive project. I have no complaints about the item. Plenty of glue within it, and shrinks as advertised, if not better, and reasonably priced. You will need a heat gun in order to get this to properly shrink. I would shy away from using an open flame, as you may burn the tubing if not careful.

I may be using this outside of the design plans since I am trying to cut them into small pieces to make it easy to label keys. The vendor said this was 3/4" diameter but it looks more like 7/8" diameter which makes them loose on my keys. Maybe they were talking about after compression. I found it hard to keep the tubing in place while I shrunk it especially on irregular and round keys but it worked well on a square key. They are hard to remove when it didn't hit the target. I will experiment more and see if I find a better way to keep them in place while shrinking. They would likely work very well on wires.
