Having the rest of the 1 inch setup, these (bought 2) allow having other items that can be managed to various angles without the other stuff, since the balls are interchangeable. It's a good solution to make the same device work for more applications.

Great for your RAM stuff for the base. However, the adhesive is fairly useless and you need to use the screws to secure it. Other than that fit and finish good.

Worked well for a while but the Texas heat eventually caused it to crumble and die. The genuine Ram ball on the other side of the connector has held up fine. This one would probably be fine if kept out of the heat.

It seems to be made with good sturdy plastic. I attached it to my off road buggy’s dash with screws and it held a big tablet used as a gps. It’s survived hundreds of miles in the mountains holding that tablet on the dash so it’s certainly a good product!

I wanted to use my ibolt tablet mount in 2 different vehicles. This worked great so I can swap the holder from one vehicle to the other. Just make sure you get the right ball size for your mount.

I bought a set of these to mount lights on my duck boat. With a limited number of times used, one broke off at the base of the ball. I'm still trying to figure out how it could have happened. I have lightweight lights and I've never hit anything that I know of. The company issued me an unsolicited refund after learning about my broken mount.

Used this 1-in ch mount on the bottom left-hand corner the back of my Tesla Model 3 screen to mount my phone using a RAM system arms and connectors. The actual phone cradle is not made by RAM. Found elsewhere here on Amazon a few years ago for a different vehicle. You could use any phone cradle with a 1-in ball. Alternatively you can get a reducer ball adapter so you can use smaller 17 mm cradles. It's a perfect solution for me to keep the phone down low and in a good place where I can use it without obstructing My view out the windshield and also not obstructing the view of the screen.

Use to mount cell phone to dash of my 19 F350. Worked perfectly with my quad lock case with ram ball adapter and ram mount arm. The amps hole pattern also matched perfectly with the builtright industries dash mount. If in need again would definitely buy again.
