I just bought this product for my wife and so far she loves it. She said she didn't feel any discomfort at all when using it for 15 minutes twice daily. It's definitely worth the price as some chiropractors charge too much thru them. It feels sturdy but not hard, and relief was felt in her neck and shoulders. It's not too small but my wife's neck is not big so take that into account. So far so good!

Have been using this for a few days and already feeling an improvement to my neck pain. I love that it is:- made of soft yet durable material.- comfortable. I've had others for the same purpose and they were very painful after a little while of use. This one is great! You could lay for a long time.- no manufacturing smell. This one is a big one for me!!- comes with a mesh bag to help keep it clean.- small. I can see this easily fitting in my suitcase for travel.- also useful for not just laying down. I've tried it in a chair and it works.

I've only used this a short time but most of my neck stiffness and pain are gone. I was lucky enough to get it for half the price of other sellers, so that was a plus.

Product was just as pictured and described. Chiropractors are so expensive and time consuming. This is exercise I can do at home when it is convenient for me.
