This is quite large so perfect for family or dinner parties. I've made a few, different tangines in this and the metal base and white ceramic to looks great on the stove. I really enjoy using it.

Once you have used this method of cooking you will look for ways to incorporate it in your meal selections. Tagine cooking requires no liquid to be added to the cooking process. Low and slow are the key elements. Very little liquid escapes during the cooking process and as a result everything is tender and flavour infused. Scanpan make great products and you will be impressed with bottom section which is a heavy based frypan. I ordered a Glass topped lid to expand the usefulness of this product. I can highly recommend it.

Fue un regalo para mi madre. En la cultura árabe se cocina mucho con este tipo de "olla".Es muy elegante y queda muy bien presentado. En lo personal me encanta la estética. Considero que han realizado un buen trabajo.Debido a su forma cónica, los guisos salen mejor. Hay que ir con ojo de no fastidiar la tapa ( es de porcelana).Muy contento

Habe mich an das Kochen mit der Tajine gewagt. Das Ergebnis ist einfach umwerfend. Die große Scanpan Tajineist für eine große Familie perfekt geeignet und hat meine Familie geschmacklich überrascht. Dieses Kochgerät ist nicht nur perfekt für jedwede Art der Zubereitung, sondern sieht auch noch dekorativ aus, muss also nicht im Küchenschrank versteckt werden. 5 Sterne, kann ich bestens weiter empfehlen !!!
