It met my use case well enough. It fits around my old macbook magsafe charger connection but it didn’t quite shrink tight enough around the thinner cable of the power chord. It worked well enough though.

This is good heat shrink. I've been using heat shrink for 50 years and I find the 3:1 with adhesive excellent compared to the original available back in the dinosaur ages.This seems to be 10mm and does a pretty good job of shrinking to 1/8 but it isn't quite enough for a 22-12ga wire. It's great for 8ga and larger. 10ga is not quite big enough. They only offer 1/4" as the next smaller size. This won't fit will over most butt splices. I will have to search for 5/16 elsewhere. I do like this for larger wire.

Used this shrink tubing to repairs some cracks and knicks in an underground feed electrical line running to my garage. The tubes shrank and sealed easily. Much better that all the electrical tape that had been used by previous owner who must have mad his repairs over 30 years ago.

Repaired some outdoor heat tracing cable cold lead. Worked perfectly and then I doubled it up just for safety.
