The Garmin RTL515 uses rubber o-ring to attach the bracket to the seat post. Have had other devices using similar bands that have broken with time. This one won't. Extremely secure. Best if attached to a round seat post. Also nice that it is supplied 2 screws and a key.

Looks great, and the added benefit of securely holding the AirTag is a nice touch. It feels solid and durable. I’ll update my review after a few months of use.

This is a lot easier to install then default Varia ones with rubber ring. It feels solid like it will not come off. Mounds varia garmin unit with ease.

Ich habe 4 davon gekauft und sie an allen unseren Fahrrädern angebracht. Sie sind gut verarbeitet und einfach zu montieren. Sie werden mit hochwertigen Abstandshaltern geliefert, damit sie auf Rohre mit verschiedenen Durchmessern passen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

This part is far superior to the bone headed "rubber band" Garmin supplied with my Varia rear facing Infrared Radar.I am now ordering a second unit so that switching between my Catrike 700 and E-assisted Catrike Dumont will take seconds and be vastly superior, in terms of reliability, to the failure prone rubber band Garmin supplied with the device.I do not like riding without my Varia, as I ride on rural county roads, state highways, and US Highways ( not interstates ).The Varia notifies me of overtaking traffic at least 30 seconds before 70 mph traffic is "on me". It is great, but having had the bone headed rubber bands break, twice, out on the road, I had to find a reliable solution.

moto tags do fit - but a bit of a squeeze. Not a surprise as it is designed for the apple air tag. Other than that, great place to hide a tag. Nice that reflector can be replaced with garmin varia.

I bought both this mount and for comparison, another style of mount from the same company that is based on a rubber band approach. I kept this and returned the rubber band version. This one is super light and really secure. The one down side that some people point out is that the clamp protrudes out the side slightly and they had an issue with leg rub on the clamp. I didn't have that problem. It's probably dependent on the geometry of the bike, seat height, how high up/down on the seatpost you clamp it, and how your thigh is shaped. I'm really happy with this clamp.

Lo compré porque el Garmin contaba casi tres veces y quería cambiar la forma de fijar el radar en el poste del asiento. El soporte con ligas me da mucha desconfianza ya que con el tiempo se resecan los o-rings y se puede caer el radar sin que uno se de cuenta.Ha funcionado perfecto y con excelente calidad.
