It works really well with showing you the accurate temperature of your food and what you have in your pots and pans. Very easy to read, it's built very well. Clean up is a breeze, comes with a plastic cover for tip to help with safe storage. I have an issue with keeping it clipped onto my pots, might be for a thicker style pan! Not bad for the price!

Unlike meat probes that have plastic (which will melt if left in oil) this probe is safe to use for deep frying.
